Direct Support Professional

Our experienced instructors help prepare you for a career as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in as little as three weeks. We assist you in developing the skills needed to have a successful career!!!

“After 20 years in the Special Needs field I was surprised how much I learned from the Direct Support Professional program. I had been taught on the job and didn’t fully understand why things were done a certain way. While reading the information in the modules and talking with the managers I began to get a clearer understanding of the “why”. The DSP program has given me more confidence more than anything else.”

“The Direct Support Professional program gives people the opportunity to learn about the tools needed to assist people with disabilities. While attending the class I learned about many topics, including Applied Behavioral Analysis, Positive Behavioral Supports, Mental Health and Illness, Medical Awareness and PMT (Physical and Psychological Management Techniques). The instructors were amazing, going step by step throughout all the topics, to ensure students understood the information. I can truly say I walked away from the class feeling confident that I knew what was necessary to become a great, motivated and caring Direct Support Professional.”
